Hello! My name is Lorena and I’m a passionate dancer and instructor for oriental dance and ballet. I regularly give dancing lessons in the cities of Zurich and Bern, in Switzerland.

TYPES OF CLASSES

Regular classes

If you are a good intermediate dancer or a professional one and you want to expand your dance vocabulary and train in a motivated group of dancers, my regular trainings are a perfect match. Trainings are 1,5 hours long and take place once a week in Zurich and Bern. Dance periods are around 8 weeks long and focus on specific topics concerning technique, dance styles and choreography. It is possible to join classes at any time during the dance periods.

Coachings

Private coachings are possible to arrange at certain days throughout the week in Zurich or Bern. Take a look at the timetable for an overview of possible time frames and get in touch with me to book your class.

Online classes

Can’t make it to a regular class? Get in contact with me and make an appointment for an online class, a coaching or even to learn a whole choreography via Skype/Zoom. Have a look at the schedule to see possible time frames for online classes.

Adult ballet classes

You have danced ballet before and want to get fit again at a slow pace? You wish to cross train for your actual dance style? Then my adult ballet classes are a good option to consider. My classes address mature people interested in a gentle training which is nevertheless dynamic and challenging. We focus on body posture and alignment without forcing the body to its limits.

Workshops

Lorena has been teaching and performing for the past 15 years across Europe, South America and Egypt. Her professionalism, deep cultural knowledge and clear methodology make her one of the most sought-after and popular instructors in the field of oriental dance.
